Two small indents to top fore-corner as if made by a pen, although no ink marks. Very minor loss to laminate of both front fore-corners and lower rear fore-corner and top edge of spine. Creasing to corners of rear cover, no cracking. Light toning to text block edge and to the edges of the pages. This is common in this format and can be quite severe; this copy is quite light and uniform. Pages are for the most part nice and bright. A clean copy, free from any inscriptions. This copy was bought at the time of release and has remained in the original owner’s possession until now having only read it once. A very good copy but for the sunning. Just 5015 copies of the softback true first edition were published. The value of Harry Potter first editions continue to climb and are becoming more difficult to obtain in good condition.
