This is a lovely addition to my collection of books. I have spent many days looking for a 1st printing of books 1-4 in the Harry Potter series and I finally found one, and it’s in absolutely great condition. This is a legitimate 1st Printing of the American Edition. A full number line exists. It is absolutely legit. The number line starts with “1” on the left hand side and “0\0″ on the right hand side. Book in is Mint-Fine Condition. It appears to be an unread copy. The binding, boards and pages are immaculate. The one unfortunate flaw in the book is on the front right end paper. All three of these marks are adjacent one another and easily seen in the photo. Other than that the book is Mint. The dust jacket has some minor shelf wear. At the bottom right corner of the spine and extending a little over onto the front of the jacket you’ll see that the finish on the jacket has separated from the paper. It’a about 1 inch in length. And it is unclipped. This is a fantastic chance to have a phenomenal copy of an obviously iconic book in a timeless book series. As with all my books, I price them lower than you’ll find elsewhere in order to lower the bar for getting into the addicting art of book collecting.
