The proof was issued in two states (purple and then green), with this green state closer to the published version. Bloomsbury provides a figure of just 150 copies for the green state, making it one of the rarest of collectable Harry Potter books. Original printed wrappers in green and white. Book is firm and square, with no lean. No creasing to the wrappers, bar a small and largely negligible crease to the lower corner of the front cover. Spine is smooth, without reading crease. No ownership inscription or scribbles. Slight staining to the wrappers. Verso of rear wrapper has a stain in the top corner; further staining to the top edge of text block and top corners of last 15 pages. No tears or dog-eared pages.
