1978 Completely unrestored and original Smurf Coronet Collectors centre with 50+
Completely original UK Coronet Collectors display centre, still with all labels, original fittings and every original and rare Smurf that came with it. This collectors centre has the very rare red text, original plastic front and base, sticker to rear and over 50 original Smurfs that have never been out of the display since new. I have considered having the display professionally cleaned and some sellotape which was used to hold the front acrylic in place removed but as with all original things I will leave that choice up to its new owner. You can even have all the original dust! I have checked the value before listing with one dealer in Sweden who has given me the suggested guide value. I have no interest in splitting the set of figures or display. As professional picture framers we use only the highest quality ph-neutral conservation products for all our own displays, essential for the correct protection of your signed investment, these include as standard. Frames: We use high quality bespoke frames that will enhance all displays as we are not restricted by budget or choice. Design: We always aim to use completely original designs which when we have are date stamped. Custom graphics, text and quality make our displays stand out from others. Glazing: Only UV anti-glare glass is used throughout our displays as standard. ALWAYS remember standard glass or acrylic/Perspex have no proven UV protection whatsoever and even out of direct sunlight autographs/items will fade and discolour – guaranteed. We use Tru-Vue glazing products; and depending on the individual piece will be stated to which level of UV protection is contained, up to 99%. Mounts: The highest quality and smoothest mountboard is used to prepare all our photo-mounts to keep the ripple (cockling) effect to the absolute minimum possible. We use only a solid ink matt print system to 280gsm paper to reduce the chance our photo-mounts will fuse to the glass as all photos do over time. Laser cut mounts are of conservation quality suede effect mount-board supported by archival backing and mount boards. Assembly: Acid free tapes, archival hinging ensure no contaminants will come into contact with any signature. For the highest value items we use Japanese or Mulberry paper and rice starch for the ultimate protection. Hp4u have been established for over 12 years and a recognised and respected name Worldwide in all things Harry Potter. We have consistently supplied 1st Edition books, screen used film props, autographs and more to the Public and Trade in this time. Creative Framing and Memorabilia Ltd are professional Picture Framers first unlike most autograph or prop sellers and have been in business for many years from our home studio. We use only conservation quality materials and practices and can offer all services in house including large format printing, laser cutting and extra-large computerised mount cutting at a fraction of the price of any High street framer. We are also skilled in all the latest software design packages and can offer a fully bespoke service to new clients.
