For sale is a beautiful complete set (books 1 – 7) of Harry Potter Hardcover U. 1st Edition, Early & First Print Bloomsbury published books with dust jackets. First editions, not Ted Smart, book club or foreign edition. All books include original unclipped dust jackets. There is no writing, stickers, stamps or inscriptions inside or out. The books are very clean with no torn, missing, loose or dogeared pages. As you can see from the pictures, all the books are in nice overall condition, but are not without minor flaws. I would consider this a solid collector’s level set, but please examine the pictures closely and see the condition grading for each book below. Individual conditions are based on industry standard definitions and are given for the individual jackets and books below, but it should be assumed that there is some level of edge, corner and cover wear, but I try to make note of anything a little more noticeable. Print Line: “30 29 28 27 26 25 24 23 22 21″. Rowling in all copies after the 24th print run. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good+ (minimal edge, corner and cover wear with a small chip to bottom back corner). Book & Boards Condition: Near Fine (slight forward lean to top board from how it was stored, but the binding feels unread and there is very little wear). The Chamber of Secrets: 1st Edition, 16th Print. Print Line: “17 19 20 18 16″. Dust jacket has blue smarties award logo on it which removed from. All jackets after the 25th print run. Dust Jacket Condition: Near Fine (minor corner wear to back bottom corner, otherwise excellent). Book & Boards Condition: Very Good minor edge and corner wear with chip to bottom back corner; some early separation beginning between spine wrap and spine that can be seen a bit along the inside front cover page, but square strong binding. The Prisoner of Azkaban: 1st Edition, 11th Print. Print Line: “20 19 18 17 16 15 14 13 12 11″. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good+ (minimal edge, cover and corner wear). Book & Boards Condition: Very Good+ (virtually no wear to the covers; there is some separation between spine wrap and spine which has given the top board a bit of a forward lean, but the binding is strong with no loose or missing pages). The Goblet of Fire: 1st Edition, 1st Print (Omnia Print). “First Edition” First print of books 4-7 were all stated “first edition” and didn’t use a number line until 2nd print run. Printed by Omnia Books Limited which handled a small portion of the first print run due to demand, collectible. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good (minimal edge and corner wear with a couple of small dents to the spine). Book & Boards Condition: Very Good- (minor edge and corner wear; some inward curling/wrinkling to top and bottom spine edges; there is some separation between the spine wrap and spine that has made the top board a bit loose leading to a forward lean to top board, but the binding is still holding with no loose or missing pages; thin vertical wrinkling to spine wrap but not too bad; pages and edges very clean with just a couple of small spots). The Order of the Phoenix: 1st Edition, 1st Print. Print Line: “First Edition” First print of books 4-7 were all stated “first edition” and didn’t use a number line until 2nd print run. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good+ very clean jacket with just minimal wear to edges and back cover. Book & Boards Condition: Very Good+ (unread binding; tiny split to top edge of spine wrap, but nothing big; group of small shallow dents to back cover near center). The Half Blood Prince: 1st Edition, 1st Print. Dust Jacket Condition: Near Fine minimal edge wear… Book & Boards Condition: Fine unread binding; nicer than most new books at store. The Deathly Hallows: 1st Edition, 1st Print. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good+ (minor wear to edges, covers and corners). Book & Boards Condition: Near Fine (unread binding; slight separation between spine wrap and spine happening but not bad and would grade it Fine otherwise).
