Rowling signature from late 1998 on the dedication page which was the typical placement of her signings at that time, later changing to almost entirely being done on the cover page. Signatures this early are extremely rare and highly sought after by collectors. All points of her signature have been authenticated by multiple top Rowling signature experts as being a late 1998 signature.
